Is there a way to convert saved data to text for transferring to another device?

Recent community posts
on my phone there is no ui for saving/loading/preferences. This makes it impossible to see the main menu and do a lot of other important functions. Is it supposed to be that way?
Edit: it also means I have to reach an end to see the menu, and since I couldn't save I now have to restart to see other endings.
